Responsible for the end-to-end management of key account office events and on-site operational standards, this individual has to lead a team to plan, coordinate and execute office events, ensuring high quality delivery and seamless flow. He/she has to manage the on-site team to ensure all daily operations align with established StandardOperating Procedures (SOPs). Overseeing event-related paperwork and procurement is also part of the job and to also ensure sufficient operational stock. He/she also acts as the primary point of contact for clients for approvals and proposals manage internal communications and ensure client satisfaction with clear communication skills and PR skills.
