Our client is a one of the leading players in the Power & Motor Manufacturing industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Key Account Manager to be part of their Sales team to support their business needs. They are located in the East - easily accessible.
Job Description of Key Account Manager:
- Responsible for driving partner sales growth across assigned Southeast Asia markets by expanding and supporting strategic sales and service partners.
- Grow and manage partner networks across assigned countries.
- Conduct market analysis and onboard new strategic sales/service partners.
- Support partners with technical solutions, application guidance, and quotation preparation.
- Implement partner communication tools, forecasts, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to align strategies and drive results.
- Participate in trade fairs, joint customer visits, and partner training sessions.
- Monitor competitor activities and manage partner contracts.
- Work closely with marketing to leverage promotional initiatives.
Requirement
- Degree in engineering field
- Min 5 years of experience in managing channel partners
- Comfortable with overseas travelling
