Role Description

Sales development responsibility for Uhrenholt Foodservice business. Focusing on topline sales, brand, and customer development within Singapore.

Commercially responsible for the Foodservice business with targets aligned with Direct Manager whilst providing full support to all agreed activities within the Foodservice Channels that develop the Uhrenholt business. The Key Account Manager's responsibility represents the entire range of company products and services within Foodservice across focused segments HoReCa, Bakery & Wholesale.

Tasks/Responsibility

  • Manage and develop specified channel focused activities within the agreed account universe including local and specific regional promotional activities. (Distribution)
  • Ensure strong growth while supporting the control of terms, volume, distribution and contribution within the Foodservice business.
  • Expansion of customer base in all related channels. (Distribution)
  • Development and utilization of selling tools and all support materials to sell and promote Emborg products.
  • Understand customer's needs and requirements, develop tailor made business solutions and presentations. Work on solution-selling via 3rd party local manufacturer to close the business where relevant (Store).
  • Proactive planning and preparation of Customer Demonstrations with distributor sales team or Uhrenholt advisory chefs across relevant channels.
  • Fully support to drive and develop new product launches into potential and existing channels/customers (Store).
  • Ensure that all Emborg MSL is implemented across the agreed focus channels/ customers by up-selling or cross-selling (Distribution).
  • Create Emborg Brand partnership opportunities and Brand Communication / Activities / Campaign / Solutions customers (Brand).
  • Ability to build relationships with multi-level stakeholders or cross function.
  • Manage distributor's sales activity regarding Emborg product to ensure right MSL to right customers channel and right pricing strategy.
  • Provide customers demand forecast and follow up with distributor demand planning team to ensure supply for customers.

Education:

Preferably a bachelor's degree but not required.

Experience:

An experienced manager with a proven track record within the Foodservice segment. Market knowledge and ability to adapt to local cultures, communication styles, operational and market factors within the Foodservice Industry.

Special requirements:

Thrive in sales and with ambitious targets, strategic mindset, strong communication skills, capable of creating and maintaining relations, ability to create results in an organization where the candidate is the driving force, commercial mindset, good negotiator, capable of using IT in daily work. Solution minded and ability to think outside of the box.
