Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent service and support to all assigned client accounts.
- Drive system adoption, engagement, and transaction volumes across accounts.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and strong long-term relationships.
- Achieve a target of subscription renewals within your portfolio.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional solutions.
- Develop and maintain in-depth expertise in the Integral system and its application to client needs.
- Travel regularly to Malaysia and Indonesia to meet clients and support business growth.
Knowledge & Experience (Must-Have):
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
- Solid experience in account management within a financial institution or software solutions vendor.
- Strong business knowledge of eFX solutions is essential.
- Hands-on experience working with e-trading platforms, FX, or financial markets software (bank or vendor side).
- Proven success in building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Good understanding of the competitive landscape and key market trends.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal ability.
- Proficiency in English the ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
- Strong commercial acumen and solid mathematical skills.
- Demonstrated interest in technology and its application in financial markets.
- Ability to navigate large organizations with diplomacy and political sensitivity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Relationship Management, or Customer Success.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a geographically dispersed team.
- Detail-oriented, with perseverance to drive complex problems to resolution.
- High energy, proactive, and a strong team player.
