Acquire a deep understanding of key customer needs and business objectives, with a focus on the Chinese export industry.
Expand relationships with existing clients by proactively proposing tailored solutions that align with their goals.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions to top advertisers, including those based in China.
Serve as the primary communication link between key clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination.
Resolve issues and complaints efficiently to maintain trust and protect revenue, especially for high-value China-based accounts.
Play a key role in generating new business opportunities that evolve into long-term partnerships.
Manage regular meetings with top advertisers, including weekly check-ins, monthly updates, and quarterly business reviews.
Prepare and present progress reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum A1 for GCE O-level or equivalent in Chinese to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
With more than 4 years of experience in key account management, preferably in digital marketing or tech platforms.
Proven track record in sales and solution-based client servicing.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
Solid understanding of performance marketing and SEM, with hands-on experience.
Prior experience working with clients in China or within the Chinese export industry.
Background in digital marketing firms or similar tech platforms is highly preferred.
