This role focuses on driving commercial growth through strong partnerships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) while ensuring excellent execution in the field.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement customer growth strategies across assigned HCP accounts
Build strong partnerships with veterinary clinics and healthcare professionals
Drive product distribution and visibility across partner outlets
Conduct regular business reviews to track SKU performance and identify growth opportunities
Execute structured customer visit plans to maintain engagement and support sales targets
Ensure strong in-store execution including merchandising and product visibility
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of field sales experience in consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical, or nutrition-related industries
Experience working with healthcare professionals or specialized channels
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Good commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
