The Opportunity
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will own and grow astrategic portfolio of enterprise clients driving revenue expansion, deepening client partnerships, and serving as the primary orchestrator between clients and internal operations, technology, and commercial teams. This is a high-impact role for a commercially leader who thrives on transforming complexclient needs into profitable, long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end management of strategic enterprise accounts with combined P&L responsibility
- Develop and execute account growth strategies including cross-selling value-added services (e.g., warehousing, customs brokerage, sustainability solutions)
- Partner with clients C-suite and supply chain leadership to align logistics strategy with their business objectives
- Collaborate with operations, pricing, and technology teams to design tailored solutions, resolve escalations, and ensure service excellence
- Drive year-over-year profitability through pricing optimization, cost-to-serve analysis, and scope expansion
- Maintain client retention while achieving revenue growth targets
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years in strategic account management within global logistics, 3PL, freight forwarding, or integrated supply chain services
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise portfolios with accountability for revenue, margin, and client satisfaction
- Experience engaging C-level stakeholders in manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, or technology sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field MBA or logistics certification is a plus
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly valued for APAC client coverage
