As the Inside Sales Executive, you will play a commercially pivotal role in driving revenue growth and strengthening strategic customer relationships within highly technical, project-based environments.
You will act as a key commercial interface between clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders - ensuring competitive bid submissions, accurate technical alignment, and seamless execution from enquiry to delivery.
This role is a hybrid work arrangement and is suited for a commercially astute sales professional who understands the dynamics of EPC and offshore project cycles, thrives in structured environments, and is motivated by building long-term client partnerships rather than short-term transactions.
Own and grow a portfolio of accounts within offshore, EPC, marine, utilities, and industrial sectors.
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and emerging project pipelines.
Lead and support tender and bid submissions, ensuring commercial competitiveness and technical compliance.
Provide consultative support to clients by aligning product solutions with project specifications and operational requirements.
Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to increase account value and revenue contribution.
Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely fulfilment and service excellence.
Maintain disciplined sales tracking, forecasting, and reporting to support pipeline visibility and performance planning.
Demonstrated experience in inside sales, project sales, or commercial support within offshore, EPC, marine, energy, or industrial supply sectors.
Strong understanding of tender processes and project-based sales cycles.
Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts in technical environments.
Commercially driven mindset with strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales management tools comfortable working with structured reporting and data.
Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work setting with strong personal accountability.
Prior exposure to engineering products, electrical equipment, industrial materials, or technical solutions will be highly advantageous.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
Candidates with strong commercial experience in project-based environments will also be considered.
