Job Summary

Manage key accounts and lead business growth within the assigned territory by driving sales targets and profitability through strategic account management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Key account management to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability within the assigned territory
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with the company's growth strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfillment Plan, coordinate, and execute trade promotions and marketing activities to drive sales performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales offtake data and inventory levels to produce accurate sales forecasts and optimize sales outcomes
  • Utilize MS Excel and PowerPoint to analyse sales data, prepare sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to enhance customer relationship management and support business objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma, degree, or equivalent qualification 2 to 3 years of sales experience managing key accounts, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Proven ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and presentation skills to influence and engage diverse audiences.
