Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
To develop revenue growth in existing clients through an intimate understanding of the client's business and the company's product offerings
To perform basic sales data analysis for domestic key accounts.
Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc. Track and follow up payments from customers.
Maintain a customer complaints/issues log and follow up on customer issues
Respond to customer orders and queries. Inform current and prospective customers of promotions and new/upgraded products.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products.
Builds strong customer relationship with buyers and retailers.
To monitor closely on the monthly [sell in and sell out] sales and with the planned activities
Maximize product availability & distribution and minimizing OOS in trade.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in handling domestic key accounts. (Fresh graduates may apply for Associate level)
Highly organized and meticulous with strong presentation and negotiation skills
Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Independent & team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to communicate with co-workers at all levels.
Ability to perform under stress, multi-task and deliver within tight deadlines
