Key Account Executive (MONT)

Responsible for developing and executing modern on trade (MONT) sales plan that includes new and existing sales strategies for key accounts. Responsible for proposal, account or market plans, and forecast / report sales activities. Ensures professional management of channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term sales plans for existing accounts, monitor and adapt sales activities to meet sales target and gain market share by winning competitive accounts. Provide professional service to our customers.
• Conduct regular market visits to be updated on competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales the channel. Ongoing and timely reporting of account activities after follow up area visits.
• Responsible for the distribution, promotion, budgeting and successful execution of activities for trade and consumers.
• Assess both trade and consumer needs by responding to more complex enquiries to distribution targets with accordance to sales forecast
• Ongoing and timely reporting of account activities with follow up area visits. Implements and communicates marketing programs in consistent manner
• Manage contract negotiations and monitor contract for performance. Implement corrective actions for underperforming customers.
• Work with the Marketing team by way of merchandising and promotions to provide brand visibility, and to grow sales volume. Ensure effective execution of NCPs on ground.

Requirements

• GCE O /A Level/Diploma
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in FMCG industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent and A Good Team Player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Possess own vehicle
