Key Account executive (Interior designers & Architects)

The EDL Group works closely with leading architects and designers across Singapore and the region. Our Key Account Executives play an important role in shaping design projects and introducing innovative materials used in modern interiors.

As a Key Account Executive, you'll take on a dynamic and engaging role- meeting clients and building strong, long-term relationships.

Here's what your typical day looks like:-

• Make Appointments & Arrange Sales Visits
  Schedule meetings and site visits your clients to understand their needs and introduce relevant products.

• Drive Business Relationships
  Build trust and rapport with key accounts by offering tailored solutions, staying in touch regularly, and ensuring a positive brand experience.

• Support New Product Launches
  Act as a key point of contact during launches-introducing new products to clients, sharing technical knowledge, and managing sample requests.

• Facilitate Strategic Rollouts
  Be the bridge between internal teams and customers, ensuring smooth implementation of marketing or sales campaigns across your accounts.

• Plan Customised Promotions
  Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions tailored to the specific goals and needs of each account.

• Deliver After-Sales Service
  Provide prompt support post-sale, from technical clarification to feedback collection, reinforcing your reliability and client satisfaction.

• Work with the finance team to ensure smooth account administration.

Who we're looking for

. ..Class 3 / 3A license and access to a vehicle preferred as the role involves client visits.

. A bubbly and motivated individual

. Experienced in engaging customers and managing relationships

. Sales experience is a plus industry experience welcomed but not required

. Training will be provided on our materials and industry. Candidates from other industries are welcome.
