Our client, a global industrial company is looking for a Key Account Director with experience selling into datacenters. This role is based in Singapore.
You should understand the data center space and have experience selling data centre products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop Data Centre sales, attracting and maintaining business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contractual documentation.
- Ensure timely communication of changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing department to implement local marketing plans and raise awareness of company in the local market.
- Employ a diverse range of strategies (direct marketing, advertising, cold calling) to expand the customer base.
- Understand precise customer needs in coordination with the local management team and foster ongoing relationships.
- Maintain excellent global communication through regular reports and updates.
- Identify and engage major corporate customers and smaller space users using local knowledge and research.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial inquiry to contract negotiation and closure.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Relay contractual information to the Operations Manager and relevant departments.
- Provide feedback on competitor activity and strategic account management.
- Deliver occupancy reports according to company standards.
- Champion and drive the vision, leading people through ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Demonstrate openness, trust, and respect for others opinions.
- Take full accountability for actions and value individual contributions.
