JOB DESCRIPTION
Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. The intern will be responsible in the following: Assist Technical Services Manager to: 1) Update project and cost data to central database 2) Update database for knowledge mgmt: a) vendor list b) waivers submitted and obtained for A&A c) project timelines 3) Assist and exposure to day-to-day running of Asset Enhancement project mgmt work. (Procurement, Design Mgmt, Construction etc) Learning Outcomes: 1) Learning opportunities in asset enhancement, and project mgmt of real estate projects 2) Exposure to Keppel Real Estate Business
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Desire to learn, creative, logical thinking, problem solving, resourceful, team player and respectful. 2. Proficient in using internet for research and ability to validate the data. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions and formulas.
