• Conduct market research and analysis
• Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real_Estate, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in the data centre industry and technology trends.
