Our client, a well-established financial services firm, is hiring an HR Manager.

The Role

This role is a broad HR Generalist / HR Business Partner position responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle across Singapore. The incumbent will lead talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding, while partnering closely with business leaders on workforce planning and employee matters. The role also oversees payroll administration through an outsourced provider (ADP), compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, work pass administration, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the individual will maintain HR data in Workday, prepare HR reports and manpower budgets, manage vendor relationships, support audits and HR projects, and drive talent management, employee development, and wellbeing initiatives to foster a high-performance culture within the organization.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate holds a degree in HR Management or a related business discipline and brings at least 5 years of HR experience, including proven success as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee development, performance management, and succession planning, are essential. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise on HR and payroll matters, influence business leaders, and build strong working relationships. They should be highly organized, adaptable, and resilient, with strong problem-solving, consulting, and negotiation capabilities. A high level of professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are critical for success in this role.
