The Company

Our client, a European MNC in the engineering industry, is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Lead to join their team.

The Role

You will drive the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for Singapore, partnering closely with business leaders and hiring managers to attract and secure high-quality talent across engineering, technical, corporate and leadership functions. The role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while taking a proactive approach to workforce planning, talent mapping, market intelligence and pipeline development, particularly for critical and hard-to-fill positions within the engineering and construction sector. In addition, the position will support employer branding and EVP initiatives, compensation benchmarking and offer negotiations, recruitment analytics and process improvements, while providing talent insights to support workforce planning and broader HR initiatives.

Your Profile

You should possess a Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or a related discipline, with 5-8 years of talent acquisition, executive search or strategic recruitment experience. Prior experience recruiting within the engineering, technical or construction sectors is preferred, along with strong capabilities in talent mapping, market intelligence and proactive/direct sourcing. You should be confident in engaging and influencing hiring managers and senior stakeholders, with strong communication and presentation skills. A self-motivated, independent and proactive approach is essential, together with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
