KC13507373 Payroll Analyst

The Company

Our client, a multinational firm in the legal industry is looking for a Payroll Analyst to join their team.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be tasked to process monthly payroll for the Singapore office, work with the HR team to ensure that the accounting and payroll records are synchronized, liaise with pension agent to resolve staff pension issues, and liaise with regional tax team on tax related matters. You will be involved in AP processing duties relating to payroll such as processing staff reimbursements, preparing bank reconciliation statements, month and year end journals. You need to communicate with inter-offices on payroll related transactions, assist to prepare various monthly reports/statements, and perform any ad-hoc accounting and analysis work.

Your Profile

You should have at least 1 year of experience in a relevant capacity. You should behave good communications skills, be meticulous, have good organizational and time management skills.
