Karaoke Service Staff

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Service Crew. Attractive perks and a fun-loving environment are waiting for you!

We want crew members who can:

. Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring attentive and courteous service for all guests.

. Take phone reservations and address customer queries with professionalism.

. Welcome guests and guide them to their designated room or table.

. Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner.

. Efficiently enter orders and customer transactions into the point-of-sale (POS) system.

. Provide basic technical support, including mic checks and karaoke system checks.

. Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both guests and staff.

. Communicate clearly with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.

. Register incoming guests and check them into the system accurately.

. Check cash amounts are counted and verified at the start and end of each shift.

. Assist with any ad-hoc tasks or duties as assigned by your superior.

Crew members should:

. Always maintain a neat and professional appearance

. Can work in a team

. Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus but not required - training will be provided.

Working Hours:

. Day Shift: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

. Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM
(Shift timings may vary depending on the outlet)

Working Days: 6 days a week
