We are looking for Junior Home Care Staff Nurse.
You will provide home nursing service to our Home Care clients within the comfort of their homes.
Job Description:
- Comply with MOH & SNB standards of nursing practices.
- Ensure care delivery and nursing interventions as outlined in the care plan, recommends revision of care plans as necessary.
- Work with allied health professionals, initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
- Conduct and supervise assessments of all new Home Care clients.
- Prepare and update clinical documentations.
- Prepare and administer medications to clients, comply with safe medication practices.
- Supervise and train junior nurses & support care staff.
- Work with supervisor to conduct quality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
- Deal with any emergency that arises and ensures prompt actions to mitigate the situation. Escalates promptly to supervisor, where necessary.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing
- RN full registration with the Singapore Nursing Board
Salary commensurate with relevant working experience
