Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Support the launch and daily operations of the cafs kitchen, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
  • Work closely with Senior Sous Chefs and lead junior kitchen staff in daily prep and execution.
  • Assist in designing the kitchen layout and contribute to R&D for new menu items.
  • Uphold quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction through hands-on leadership.
  • Manage inventory, hygiene standards, and kitchen organization.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house and other departments to ensure seamless operations and respond to customer feedback

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B/hospitality
  • Experience in fine-casual, Michelin-rated, or hotel restaurant settings.
  • Proven leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Prior experience in fast-growing or high-paced environments is a plus.
