Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and supervise authentic Italian dishes (pasta, risotto, antipasti, grills).
  • Guide and train junior kitchen staff to maintain quality standards.
  • Ensure mise en place, portioning, and plating are consistently executed.
  • Monitor inventory, assist with stock ordering and control.
  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (SFA compliance).
  • Support menu development and seasonal specials.
  • Lead kitchen in absence of Sous Chef / Head Chef when required.
