We are seeking a Junior Software Test Engineer to support software testing activities and help ensure applications meet functional and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute test cases and document test results.
- Identify, report, and track software defects.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Verify fixes and retest reported issues.
- Assist in preparing test plans, test cases, and test documentation.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to understand system requirements and expected functionality.
- Ensure software meets quality standards before deployment.
- Maintain accurate testing records and documentation.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in software testing or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools
- Exposure to testing tools or bug tracking systems is a plus.
