The Role & Your ImpactWe are looking for a passionate and curious Junior Software Engineer to join our engineering team in Singapore. You will be involved in the full software development lifecyclefrom brainstorming features to deploying code that impacts real users. This is a role designed for someone who loves problem-solving and is eager to level up their technical skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Feature Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for [Frontend / Backend / Fullstack] applications.
- Bug Squashing: Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and fixing software defects to ensure high-quality user experiences.
- Code Reviews: Participate in peer code reviews to learn best practices and maintain code quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into functional technical solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for APIs, systems, and internal processes.
What We Are Looking For- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome).
- Technical Stack (Must-have):
- Proficiency in at least one modern language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, or Go).
- Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Familiarity with Version Control systems (e.g., Git).
- Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with Cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with Containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).
- Personal projects or internship experience in software development.
- Soft Skills:
- A hungry to learn mindset and a proactive attitude.
- Strong communication skills in English to work with a diverse team.
