Junior/Senior Quantity Surveyor (ID/ A&A)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tender bids within stipulated deadlines.

• Perform quantity take-off and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Evaluate quotations and prepare cost summaries for tender approval.

• Prepare extension of time (EOT) notifications in the event of potential project delays.

• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders on procurement and project matters.

• Manage pre- and post-tender procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and award of trade packages.

• Handle project administration and contract documentation, including sub-contract agreements and variation orders.

• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by reporting supervisors.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design (ID) or addition & alteration (A&A) works.

• Experience in full interior fit-out project execution preferred.

• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Resourceful, responsible, and highly organized.

• Strong time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines.

• High level of integrity and accountability.
