Job Description:
- Design, develop, and train Machine Learning (ML) algorithms for geospatial applications.
- Research and review relevant publications to identify and apply cutting-edge AI and ML techniques into business products.
- Collaborate with product, business development, and sales teams to align AI capabilities with business objectives and customer needs.
- Work closely with the software engineering team to integrate developed ML algorithms into geospatial system products.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, ensuring smooth deployment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ML or AI development.
- Proficient in machine learning and deep learning technologies.
- Strong Python programming skills, with experience in libraries such as OpenCV, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and LangChain.
- Familiarity with Flask, Node.js, or other application frameworks, as well as containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for rapid prototyping.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), retrieval optimization, and graph databases is an advantage.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with strong results orientation.
