Responsibilities:
- Manage fixed assets across headquarters and various locations including offsite and multiple community-based premises
- Conduct annual fixed asset count exercises and prepare stock count reports
- Manage new asset capitalisation in Workday system
- Process asset disposals and write-offs
- Respond to staff queries on fixed asset matters including disposals, write-offs, stock counts, and capitalisation
- Ensure proper fixed asset management and compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Manage lease contracts for leasehold land and void deck spaces as lessee
- Recognise lease liabilities based on present value of future lease payments
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders for renewal of expiring lease agreements
- Extract and compute lease contract sums
- Handle approximately 400 transactions annually covering stock count reports, capitalisation, disposals, and lease renewals
