Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support Accounts Receivables (AR) and Fixed Assets management
  • Process AR transactions for external customers, donors, and internal units
  • Handle invoicing, late interest charges, and issuance of Tax-Deductible (TDR) and non-TDR receipts
  • Record donations and donation-in-kind transactions
  • Perform bank clearing, reconciliation, journal updates, and accounting adjustments
  • Assist with Direct Debit setup and follow-ups
  • Support monthly and year-end closing activities
  • Prepare AR reports including ageing, reconciliation, transaction analysis, variance, and other reports
  • Manage approximately 13,000 AR transactions annually (about 9,000 via Excel billing templates)
  • Support Fixed Asset management across HQ and other locations
  • Assist with annual fixed asset stock count and report preparation
  • Update new asset capitalisation in Workday system
  • Process asset disposals and write-offs
  • Respond to asset-related queries and ensure compliance with policies
  • Support lease management for community facilities (CC leasehold land and void decks)
  • Track and process lease renewals, including liaising with divisions
  • Compute and extract lease contract values
  • Manage approximately 400 fixed asset and lease-related transactions annually

  • Work Location: Walking distance from Lavender
  • Employment Type: 2-year contract (renewable)
  • Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
