Junior Sales & Marketing Associate

Looking for your first opportunity in sales and marketing but finding that every entry-level role somehow expects experience

At Forte Marketing, we're looking for motivated individuals who are ready to learn through hands-on experience. You'll work directly with customers, represent client campaigns professionally and develop practical skills in communication, sales and marketing.

You won't be expected to know everything from day one. You'll receive training and ongoing coaching to help you understand our system, become more confident speaking with people and improve your ability to communicate effectively.

What you'll be doing:
. Represent client campaigns professionally
. Engage potential customers face-to-face
. Communicate campaign information clearly and confidently
. Develop your sales, presentation and interpersonal skills
. Work alongside the team towards campaign objectives
. Participate in regular training and coaching
. Apply feedback to continuously improve your performance

Who we're looking for:
. No previous sales or marketing experience required
. Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome
. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
. Comfortable interacting with different people
. Open to feedback and coaching
. Responsible and team-oriented
