About the Role
Our client is an international company in the medical and healthcare products industry, expanding its business in Southeast Asia. We are looking for a hands-on Junior Sales Executive to support B2B sales and regional business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new B2B customers through direct outreach, customer visits and networking.
- Understand customer needs, provide product solutions and manage the sales cycle from enquiry to order delivery.
- Build and maintain customer relationships and handle customer enquiries and complaints.
- Coordinate with China-based teams on production, logistics and order fulfilment.
- Participate in regional customer visits, exhibitions and business development activities.
- Travel frequently across Southeast Asia as required.
- Maintain customer and sales information and handle basic documents such as SOA, Invoice and DO.
- Support basic office and administrative matters during the initial stage of the Singapore office setup.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, International Business or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or a customer-facing role.
- Strong English communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Comfortable with direct customer engagement and field sales, rather than purely office-based/telesales work.
- Willing to travel frequently within Southeast Asia.
- Strong ownership, communication, learning ability and attention to detail.
- International or regional sales experience is an advantage.
- Candidates with strong sales potential but without medical industry experience are welcome to apply.
