Job Summary
- To drive revenue growth by managing client acquisition, order execution, and relationship management across export markets, while supporting pricing, documentation coordination, and cross-functional execution in a farm-to-customer supply chain environment. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying leads, executing sales strategies across designated international markets, handling client communication, RFQs, quotations, and order lifecycle management while ensuring alignment with company margin, quality, and compliance standards. Reports to Head of Sales, Coordinates with: Procurement, Logistics, Documentation, QA/QC, Finance.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new leads to expand client base in designated international export markets, driving revenue growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining company margin and quality standards
- Manage end-to-end order lifecycle including client communication, RFQ handling, quotation preparation, and order execution to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Logistics, Documentation, QA/QC, and Finance teams to coordinate pricing, compliance, and documentation processes
- Utilize analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs, enabling data-driven decision-making and problem resolution
- Apply strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close sales effectively
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English and Mandarin to engage clients and internal stakeholders
- Leverage proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and QA data systems to manage sales data and reporting
- Employ AI applications such as Gemini and ChatGPT to enhance sales output and operational efficiency
- Demonstrate ownership mindset, ethical conduct, and process discipline to uphold company values and operational standards
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or International Business
- Knowledge of international business and food & agriculture sector
- Proficiency in spoken Mandarin to support client communication in export markets
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, merchandising, trading, or exports
- Strong marketing, sales, and negotiation skills demonstrated through successful client engagements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Estimated Pay Package
- SGD 3000-4000 Gross per Month + Variable Pay 50% of CTC
