This Sales Engineer position is a premier entry point into consultative, solution-based technical sales - combining engineering knowledge, customer interaction, and real-world problem solving.
Attend structured product and application training at HQ (paid)
Build deep technical knowledge through classes, seminars, and on-the-job coaching
Visit manufacturers 3 days per week to consult face-to-face with customers
Understand customer challenges and recommend the right technical solutions
Provide professional technical consultation across multiple industries
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and application needs
Secure new customers consistently and efficiently
Manage and grow assigned sales territory
Contribute to account strategies and territory planning
Execute new product launches and market expansion initiatives
Support off-site seminars, demos, and trade shows
Manage daily activities with minimal supervision
Follow company sales processes, policies, and professional standards
Degree in Engineering or Business-related discipline
Sales experience in any industry is a plus, but not required
Strong interest in technical products and manufacturing environments
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Comfortable engaging customers and solving real-world problems
Willing to travel up to 60% of the time (including occasional overnight stays)
Comfortable visiting customer sites 3 days per week
Valid Class 3 driving license
Paid technical & product training (3-6 months in Singapore HQ)
Structured mentorship to become a technical product expert
Company van provided (can drive home)
