Role Description The Junior Research Analyst role at Atlas Workspace is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. In this role, the analyst will review and summarize academic and market research papers, extract key insights, and organize findings within Atlas Workspace's platform. Day-to-day tasks include conducting structured research, analyzing data and trends, preparing clear, concise reports, and supporting senior analysts in building synthesized views across multiple sources. The analyst will collaborate with product and content teams to refine research workflows, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to improving the user experience for researchers. This role involves regular communication with cross-functional colleagues and requires a strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Statistics to interpret data, identify patterns, and support evidence-based insights.
- Demonstrated ability in Research and Market Research to gather, evaluate, and synthesize information from diverse academic and industry sources.
- Effective Communication skills to present complex findings clearly in written reports, presentations, and cross-functional discussions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Business, Data Science, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, basic data analysis tools, and research databases; familiarity with visualization tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in academic research, knowledge management, or information design; prior internship or project experience in research-oriented roles is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Singapore and engage constructively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
