Junior Relationship Manager

Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented Junior Relationship Manager to support our Relationship Managers in managing UHNI/HNI client portfolios and ensuring high service standards. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about financial markets and looking to develop their expertise in a client-facing, private banking environment.

Salary: SGD 4 - 5.5k

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist Relationship Managers in servicing UHNI/HNI clients by addressing day-to-day queries and maintaining overall client satisfaction.

2. Facilitate client onboarding, review documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

3. Conduct portfolio monitoring, prepare briefings and reports as required, and coordinate with internal departments for smooth client delivery.

4. Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions or investment products.

5. Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and risk management standards in all client interactions.

6. Contribute to business development and support ongoing growth initiatives of the team.

Candidate Profile & Qualities

1. 0-3 years of relevant experience in private banking or wealth management.
2. Candidates must have completed their graduation through a full-time, regular program from a recognized university.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
4. High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams.
