Junior Relationship Manager (Funding - Corporate Banking)

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new corporate leads and funding opportunities. Conduct comprehensive market research to maintain a pipeline of potential customers. Initiate contact with prospects to arrange meetings and discussions. Identify opportunities for CASA, deposits, and additional funding solutions. Support the relationship manager in customer acquisition, account opening, and onboarding processes. Follow up on prospects to convert them into active, funded accounts. Maintain and report on prospects and funding pipeline activities. Track transactions and identify cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with various departments and head office to enhance processes. Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Management.

Requirements

• A relevant degree is required. 3-5 years of experience in banking or business development. Strong knowledge of corporate banking and funding products. Excellent communication, networking, and business development skills. Proactive, target-oriented, and commercially driven. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
