Role Summary of a Junior Radio Access Network Engineer:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Radio Access Network (RAN) Engineer to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will support the design, deployment, and maintenance of radio access networks. Key Responsibilities:

Assistance in Network Design: Support senior engineers in planning and designing RAN architecture, including base stations and IP network planning.
Deployment Support: Assist in the configuration of RAN equipment, ensuring compliance with network design and strategy.
Performance Monitoring: Help analyze network performance data to identify technical issues and monitoring of network.
Troubleshooting: Aid in diagnosing and resolving issues related to RAN equipment, collaborating with team members to implement solutions.
Documentation and Administrative Tasks: Prepare RAN documents and support in administrative tasks such as replying to emails, request for quotation, filling up forms, communicating with external parties, etc.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including core network engineers, IP engineers and RF engineers.
Learning and Development: Actively seek opportunities to enhance your knowledge of new RAN technologies.
