Job Description & Requirements
The Company is looking for a young, dynamic individual to join us as a Quantity Surveyor for high-end residential projects.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone to support sales activities
- Obtain and interpret specifications from clients and designers to calculate quantities from floor plans and drawings
- Prepare and present samples and detailed quotations to clients
- Follow up with clients to secure orders and confirm quotation acceptance
- Manage invoicing processes to ensure accurate billing and timely payments
- Prepare monthly management reports analyzing costing and projecting cash flow for project oversight
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support project delivery and client satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD for quantity measurement and drawing interpretation
- Knowledgeable in standard methods of measurement and Singapore standard contracts
- Skilled in interior fit-out work and cost estimation
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to engage clients and stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in calculations and documentation
- Educational background specializing in Quantity Surveying is preferred
