  • Experience with Python and data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, or similar.
  • Familiarity with SQL and experience working with large datasets.
  • Knowledge of statistics, probability, optimization, or machine learning techniques.
  • Understanding of derivatives (futures, options, swaps) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Curious, self-driven, and motivated to continuously improve quantitative models and trading performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain quantitative concepts to commercial colleagues.
  • Excellent command of English.

Our offer

  • Competitive compensation and benefits, based on experience and education.
  • The opportunity to develop into a Quant Trader or Commodity Derivatives Trader within a global organization.
  • Exposure to international agricultural commodity markets and sophisticated trading strategies.
  • 40-hour work week and 20 vacation days.
  • Continuous learning through technical, quantitative, and commercial development programs.
  • An entrepreneurial, collaborative, and internationally oriented working environment.
