1. Quality Inspection &Monitoring
- Plan and perform inspections for materials with inspectors
- Ensure products meet specifications, drawings, and quality standards
- Identify and highlight defects, non-conformance, or deviations
- Ensure Non-destructive testing planned and conducted
2. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain inspection reports, checklists, and quality track records
- Document control on certificates, test results, and reports
3. Non-Conformance Handling
- Report quality issues to QAQC Engineer or Supervisor
- Support investigation of defects and root causes
4. Support Production Team
- Work closely with production to ensure quality compliance during operations
- Provide basic guidance to operators on quality requirements
- Help ensure proper handling and storage of materials
5. Tools, Equipment &Calibration
- Use measuring tools (e.g., vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges)
- Ensure inspection tools are properly maintained and calibrated
- Report any faulty or damaged equipment
Required and Work Condition
- 5 days work week
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and word
- Basic understanding of quality control processes
- Attention to detail and ability to detect defects
- Basic knowledge of technical drawings (preferred)
- Good documentation and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work on the production floor
