Junior Purchasing Executive

1. Source for items required by the company.

2. Monitor PO's status and ensure on time delivery and commitment.

3. Identify new supplier sources with good quality products and competitive pricing.

4. Maintain supplier's pricelist on all items.

5. Be responsible for suppliers audits (performance evaluation), if any.

6. Co-ordinate with customers and suppliers on the parts requirement.

7. Verify supplier's invoices for payment.

8. Monitor the performance of suppliers and resolve quality issues.

9. Generate monthly procurement reports for management review.

10. Help to maintain parts inventory
