Role Overview:
We are seeking an experiencedJunior Project Managerto support delivery of technology and business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing or coordinating banking application projects and working with cross-functional teams in an Agile and/or Waterfall environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support endtoend delivery of application-related projects
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking
- Maintain project artefacts including minutes, RAID logs, reports, and change documentation
- Support Agile ceremonies and/or Waterfall governance activities
- Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare status updates for stakeholders and follow up on action items
- Collaborate closely with business teams, technology teams, and vendors
- Ensure processes, reporting standards, and documentation requirements are consistently met
Required Skills & Experience
- 46 yearsof experience in project coordination or project management
- Experience supportingbanking application projects(e.g., Payments, Cards)
- Strong working knowledge of bothAgile (Scrum/Kanban)andWaterfalldelivery
- Proven ability to manage projects from initiation through closure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated stakeholder management capability
- Strong risk, issue, and change management awareness
- Highly detailoriented, organized, and process-driven
- Proficiency withWord, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and project tools such asConfluence, JIRA
- Certifications likePMP, CSMare an added advantage
