Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end project execution for the Informatica upgrade (e.g., PowerCenter / IICS)
Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reports
Coordinate with data engineers, Informatica administrators, infrastructure, and QA teams
Track dependencies, milestones, and deliverables across environments (Dev / SIT / UAT / Prod)
Support cutover planning, testing coordination, and go-live activities
Identify and escalate risks, issues, and blockers to senior PMs or leadership
Facilitate project meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items
Ensure adherence to change management, governance, and documentation standards
Support vendor coordination and licensing / upgrade-related communications

Required Skills & Experience

4-5 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management roles
Exposure to Informatica tools (PowerCenter, IICS, MDM, or similar) is a strong plus
Basic understanding of ETL, data pipelines, and data warehouse concepts
Experience working with technical teams (data, infra, application, QA)
Familiarity with SDLC, Agile or Waterfall delivery models
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
