Junior Project Manager (IT Systems)

Job Summary

The Junior Project Manager (IT Systems) supports theplanning and delivery of IT-related projects, including system implementations,upgrades, and infrastructure initiatives. This role ensures projects areexecuted smoothly while coordinating between technical teams and businessstakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing IT projects (system implementation, upgrades, migrations)
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and business users
• Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
• Support user requirement gathering and documentation
• Prepare project status reports and updates
• Facilitate meetings, testing (UAT), and deployment activities
• Ensure proper documentation of system changes and processes
• Support post-implementation review and issue tracking
