Bachelor's degree in related field
Over 4 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing successful projects, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
In-depth understanding of banking operations, products, and regulations.
Strong vendor management experience and the ability to negotiate and manage third-party relationships.
Ability to adapt to and manage challenges, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus.
Proven experience managing complex projects, from initiation to completion, with a focus on delivering quality results on time and within budget.
