Junior Project Engineer (E&I) | 1 year contract | MNC | West

Jobscope:

• Lead project meetings and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to meet requirements, budget, and schedule.
• Oversee daily project operations, quality, client communications, and reporting.
• Develop specifications and plans in compliance with norms, regulations, and EHS standards.
• Ensure quality control of deliverables and adherence to schedules and safety standards.
• Support procurement, conduct technical bid analysis, and manage supplier/contractor contracts.
• Control project costs, schedules, resources, contingencies, and on-site contractors.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure smooth handover to internal customers.
• Documentation Management Maintain and update site drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Manage project records from concept study to final handover

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering or related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the field of Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation engineering.
• Have some exposure to mechanical and architectural aspect in project management
• Familiar with basic usage of SAP (Project module), Microsoft Project and Autocad
• Familiar with basic knowledge of GMP requirement would be advantage
• Maintain and support all site activities according to accreditation standards in the scope of the QMS [ISO 9001 & Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)]
