Job Summary
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, driving the sales and marketing of the Product Line, covering areas such as forecasting, product margin management, promotions, and execution of product life cycle management.
In addition, you will be part of a collaborative team that actively gathers and provides market and competitor insights - not only from the local market but also from international markets - to support development engineering and manufacturing activities, aligning with the Group's long-term strategic objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Support the Product Specialist in managing the Precision Robotics business, including precision stage solutions and related products. Assist in new product launch activities and contribute to sales strategy discussions in collaboration with the local sales team.
Assist in gathering and analyzing local market pricing data and competitor intelligence to support the Product Specialist in developing strategies that grow market share and sustain business performance.
Support the preparation and consolidation of Customer and Product Requirements documentation. Assist in defining product line specifications under the guidance of the Product Specialist, including inputs on performance objectives, functional requirements, and cost and reliability targets.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Training, Support, and other cross-functional teams to help execute product plans. Assist in driving product promotion activities such as preparing sales enablement materials, product literature, and training program content to meet business objectives.
Participate in technical symposiums, trade shows, and exhibitions on industrial control systems to build knowledge of competitive technologies. Support the presentation of papers and seminars under the guidance of the Product Specialist to promote company products.
Collect and document success case studies from local markets, and assist the Product Specialist in identifying and adapting best practices from international markets for local application.
People Requirements
Requires bachelor's degree/diploma in engineering and/or business, or equivalent.
1+ years experience, balanced between technical execution and commercial leadership.
Automation industry knowledge required, with a background in control system linear motion, and a precision stages background desired.
Proficient in core Microsoft Office products.
Able to work independently and have a self-driven personality to achieve results.
Proven ability to work with internal and external organizations and deliver results to the market.
Willing to travel
