- Support the credit card product strategy to increase adoption, market share, and profitability
- Strengthen customer engagement and portfolio performance through targeted campaigns and efficient operational support
- Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns to achieve acquisition, engagement, and spend objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver timely campaign rollouts and initiatives
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (e.g., acquisitions, activations, spend volume) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Handle daily operational tasks, including responding to customer queries and supporting smooth execution of product initiatives
