We are building some of the advanced, easy to use healthcare AI tools for Physicians and patients.
About the Role
The Junior Product Manager supports the development and launch of digital health solutions, including clinical workflows, patient management, telehealth, and health data systems. You will collaborate with engineering, design, clinical, and operations teams to deliver products that meet regulatory, safety, and data protection requirements.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or Business.
- 13 years of experience in product management, healthcare operations, digital health, or related fields.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR, and EMR/EHR integrations.
- Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and product performance metrics.
- Comfortable operating in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with clinicians, administrators, and technical teams.
Scope of Work
- Conduct stakeholder interviews with clinicians and healthcare administrators to understand local workflow requirements.
- Translate regulatory, operational, and clinical needs into structured product specifications.
- Support roadmap planning, sprint coordination, and release management.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) within clinics or hospital settings.
- Monitor KPIs such as user adoption, operational efficiency gains, and compliance indicators.
- Maintain structured documentation for audits, internal governance, and regulatory submissions (where applicable).
- Gather and prioritize feedback from healthcare partners to drive continuous improvement.
- Role based in Singapore. You will coordinate with a larger team based out of India.
