About Libeara
Libeara is a Standard Chartered Ventures incubated tokenisation platform that makes financial assets more efficient, accessible, and mobile. We take existing institutional financial instruments and innovate upon them by leveraging blockchain technology. Our goal is to provide a seamless and secure platform for the tokenisation of assets, enabling individuals and institutions to participate in digital asset ownership.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Product Manager / Business Analyst to support the Product team in delivering blockchain-based financial products. This role focuses on execution, coordination, documentation, and analysis, working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their product career to gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end product development in fintech and Web3, while learning structured product delivery and governance practices.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Delivery Support
. Support Product Managers in planning, tracking, and executing product initiatives across Libeara's platform.
. Assist in translating business requirements into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
. Maintain product backlogs, sprint documentation, and delivery trackers to ensure timely execution.
. Coordinate deliverables across Technology, Operations, Legal, and external vendors.
Business Analysis & Documentation
. Conduct requirements analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis to support product enhancements.
. Prepare and maintain product artefacts, including PRDs, user stories, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
. Support testing and validation activities to ensure smooth rollout of new features and enhancements.
. Assist with UAT coordination, defect tracking, and post-release reviews.
Governance & Operational Readiness
. Maintain product documentation and operational artefacts to support audit, compliance, and regulatory readiness.
. Support continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing enhancements.
. Ensure product changes are properly documented and aligned with internal governance standards.
Qualifications & Skills
. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
. 1-3 years of experience in product, business analysis, operations, or project coordination roles (internships included).
. Basic understanding of product management and Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban).
. Strong analytical and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
. Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
. Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar documentation and tracking tools.
