We are looking to hire Procurement Executive to support procurement related activities within the company:
Job Description:
- Entering of procurement-related data into the accounting software for financial tracking and analysis.
- Responsible for liaising with both local and international suppliers to ensure the timely and accurate procurement of goods.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities, including purchases, invoices, and delivery information.
- Collaborating with logistics for the transportation and delivery of goods, while also working closely with accounting to manage financial processes and ensure smooth operations.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- At least Higher Nitec in Operations/Logistic Management or equivalent.
- Diploma or fresh entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Team player and meticulous.
